Leveraging AI/ML for Intelligent Automation in Insurance Claims Processing
Keywords:
AI, ML, intelligent automation, insurance claimsAbstract
Although artificial intelligence and machine learning have transformed various industries, managing insurance claims has become even more important. Artificial intelligence and machine learning increase accuracy, customer happiness, and processing insurance claim efficiency according this research. The paper investigates theoretically and practically based claims processing artificial intelligence and machine learning integration.
In artificial intelligence and machine learning, smart automation reduces human interaction, speeds insurance claim processing, and streamlines repetitive operations. Artificial intelligence models may look at claim form, supporting documents, and photographic data; computer vision and natural language processing might look at Automation speeds up and reduces errors, therefore enhancing claims evaluations and settlement of issues.
